Have you officially decided on granite for your new home or remodel? Granite adds personality and character as no two stones are the same. However, selecting a color is just as important as the type of stone itself. From your kitchen to your bathroom, we dive into the most popular granite color choices.
White granite at Mees Tile & Marble

White Granite

White granite is classic and timeless. Use white granite in smaller rooms to create an illusion of a larger room that’s bright and airy. White stone pairs well with an array of cabinets from dark, which will lend a more contemporary look to light for an all around fresh, refined look. A few white granite samples from our selection include Salinas, Gran Perla, Kashmir, Bianco Royal and Delicatus.

Black granite at Mees Tile & Marble

Black Granite

Give any room dramatic flair with black. Black granite creates a sense of depth and enhances other colors in the surrounding space like walls or backsplash. It pairs well with white or lighter wood cabinets, and looks great with stainless steel appliances. Another perk? It doesn’t show all the dirt and grime. Check out Negro Angola, Magma, Via Lactea, Black Galaxy and Black Absolute from our selection.

Tan granite at Mees Tile & Marble

Brown + Beige

Brown and beige are the most popular colors and offer a more traditional look in the kitchen or bath. Its neutrality gives more decorating options and flexibility as it matches well with both light or dark cabinetry. Shades of brown help tie all wood together, creating a classic and warm look, perfect for a rustic country home. A few of our brown and beige samples include Santa Cecilia, Brown Antique, New Venetian, Nettuno Bordeaux and Sienna Beige.
